Max Krug

Owner, Change Management

Max has 30 years of experience in operations, and his range of expertise and experience includes manufacturing operations, distribution, and project management environments.  His expertise is assisting organizations achieve Operational Excellence by utilizing Theory of Constraints, Lean Management, and Six Sigma methods. He works with companies to develop corporate strategy and provides hands-on implementation support of the tactics required to achieve Operational Excellence utilizing these techniques.

Max holds several certifications in Theory of Constraints, Lean, and Six Sigma in addition to a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University and a MBA from St. Bonaventure University.

Paul Andalora

Training Specialist

Paul Andalora, Future State Engineering instructor, has 18 years’ experience as a freelance Workforce Development instructor/facilitator. Prior to this, he spent 11 years in the manufacturing world as a regional sales representative, product engineer and quality control manager. He teaches Blueprint Reading, GD&T, Carpentry, Workplace Math, and Workplace Communications. Additionally, Paul is an authorized train-the-trainer for OSHA for Construction and OSHA for General Industry. Most recently he was accredited as a trainer for the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER).

Paul has his Bachelor of Arts’s degree in Civil Engineering and is passionate about his desire to educate and motivate students of all ages.

Greg Anderson

Training Specialist

Gregory Anderson, Future State Engineering instructor, retired from Ring Precision Components in Jamestown, NY, where he worked for nearly 44 years in Quality Control. For 25 years, he was part of the shop supervisory team, serving as Quality Control Manager, Polishing Room Supervisor, and Shipping Supervisor. Greg has extensive training experience as he has written and trained employees on several procedures in a shop environment.

Greg holds his Associate in Applied Science degrees in both Electrical Technology and Mechanical Technology from Jamestown Community College.

Joe Cooper

Project Management / Change Management / Digital Transformation

Joe Cooper has over 25 years of experience helping organizations to maximize their project, program, and portfolio delivery effectiveness. He is a systems thinker and trusted advisor with a consistent track record of driving transformative change across various industry sectors including insurance, finance, manufacturing, pharma, and corporate service industries. Joe’s passion is helping executives transform ways-of-working so that a culture of productivity, trust, and high team-morale flourishes resulting in highly engaged employees as well as organizations that achieve breakthrough performance for stakeholders.

Joe earned BS degrees in Physics, Mathematics, and Professional Pilot Technology from Indiana State University. He holds PMP certification (2003) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and TOC Project Management certification from the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO). Joe also holds several scaled agile, scrum, and product management certifications.

Pavel Kuviarzin

Provides organizational excellence services, with the goal of achieving sustainable and remarkable growth within organizations. Pavel helped organization to significantly improve inventory turnover, cash flow, productivity, and on-time delivery rates. He also worked with organizations on manufacturing and distribution center expansions, ERP and WMS integrations, and DC relocations. He holds a PMP and CPIM certifications as well as Bachelor of Commerce.

Change Management / Financial Analysis

With over 30 years of experience, David Lavin is a visionary leader in operations and finance, renowned for crafting and executing high-impact strategies to drive growth and financial success. Specializing in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Continuous Process Improvement, he leverages expertise in Theory of Constraints and Lean Management to help organizations achieve operational excellence.

David holds certifications in Theory of Constraints, including Certified Practitioner in Supply Chain Logistics, as well as being a Certified Management Accountant and inactive Certified Public Accountant, with a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College.

Michael Pitcher

Change Management

Michael Pitcher has over 30 years of experience in operating entities including technical, C-Suite, and Board level roles. He is a patent originator and published in several business journals addressing the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints. His expertise is facilitating the visioning and implementation of strategic level breakthrough solutions for manufacturing, distribution, service, and project environments.

He holds a BA in Chemistry from Oberlin College and an MBA from Ashland University.

Delana Rupp

Marketing and Branding Specialist

Delana Rupp has over 25 years’ experience developing and fostering relationships and working with employers in the manufacturing, healthcare, retail, non-for-profit, government, and education sectors. Additionally, she works closely to build and grow partnerships with many community organizations. Her rich project management background and attention to detail is matched by her commitment to meet, and exceed, the needs of the client to ensure superior service and deliverables. Throughout her career she has focused on, and is passionate about, helping businesses get ahead. Much of this has centered on training and marketing initiatives and efforts that strengthen a product or service, create excitement around a concept, and build trust with customers. She holds her Master of Science in Education from St. Bonaventure University.

Tina Swanson-Swauger

Change Management

Tina Swanson-Swauger, training specialist, is an accomplished manufacturing leader with a proven track record of success spanning over three decades. She is adept at driving operational efficiency, implementing lean methodologies, and fostering continuous improvement. Tina is skilled in production control, planning and scheduling, shop floor supervision, and inventory management. Additionally, she is experienced in managing diverse teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. Tina is certified as an AS9100D Lead Auditor and is currently pursuing both an IATF-16949 Lead Auditor and PMI CAPM certifications. Tina has worked in various businesses in the Jamestown area, being promoted from an administrative assistant to Industrial Engineering Manager at a furniture manufacturer, then as a Production Control Manager and Project Manager in the steel fabrication arena and currently as an IT Project Manager at an internationally known engine plant.

Tina holds a BA in Secondary Education from Houghton University and holds multiple certifications for Operational Excellence, Software Testing, Core DevOps skills, Agile Methodology, Business Analysis, Change Management, and Six Sigma – Yellow Belt.
